That's just so evil.
You know who is going to be affected by this? Honest users. Everyone else is going to work around your limit nearly instantly (multiple accounts, multiple IPs..).
Why not just implement DRM already? You're actually adopting the mentality for it.
An arbitrary restriction which will only affect honest customers while the unwanted behaviour is merely inconvenienced at most is one of the core reasons DRM is stupid and this fits that bill.
Seriously GOG, you are losing your way. You are literally doing the exact same thing DRM does: fights an unwinnable battle where the only casualties are the innocents.

The site is completely digital, which means that you won't receive a disk for the game of your choice. Instead, the game will be added to your account and from there, you will be able to download it. For more info about downloading games, you can take a look here.

General question: I haven´t heard that anybody ever mentioned GOG-key resellers. Do they really exist?
It´s well-known that Steam-/ Origin/Uplay-Resellers have spreaded all the world round and some of them are using quite illegal methods! (which are even "bad" and not just illegal= natuarally illegal)
But I´ve never heard that anybody already did this for GOG-keys...

There have been a few such cases, but before regional pricing entered the picture, there was no reason to do so, since it wasn't easy getting cheap GOG keys. The Fallout trilogy was one of the big cases, and the reason the keys were invalidated. And there have been a few cases with The Witcher 3, and possibly Age of Wonders 3 and Divinity: Original Sin.

Humble Store is selling a GOG code for Defender's Quest, along with a Steam key and a Humble Store DRM-Free download. In addition, they are selling the Witcher trilogy as GOG codes.

Oh, my mistake. Regarding unofficial resellers, I have seen a polish site selling Witcher 3 a bit more expensively than its Russian price and Divinity: Dragon Commander (the standard version) being sold at 8 bucks. I might have also seen Divinity: Original Sin sold at about 15 bucks, but I can't be certain if it was the GOG or Steam version.
