I completed the first two missions (and the training segment) of Splinter Cell, meaning that I'm already further than I ever got when I was younger.
The game is very linear, which makes each section like a puzzle that you have to figure out to get through undetected. In that regard, I would say it's much closer to Metal Gear than it is to its other main inspiration, the Looking Glass games. I don't really mind that, it works well. I've been running into some bugs on the third mission, unfortunately, one of which seemingly broke the game because a script didn't trigger properly. I'll give it another try over the weekend.
bluethief: With GOG's renewed focus on bringing back classic games and make them run on modern PCs, Pandora Tomorrow would be a perfect game to do it :)
Would be nice. I'm also not sure why Chaos Theory isn't here since it is already available digitally elsewhere.
