Hello, I encounter a problem with Bannerlord (not being able to launch it). Tried a few times to make a ticket, but the bot will tell me each time it can't make one. How am I supposed to proceed in that case ? Can i private message someone, or I don't know, send an email somewhere ?

If it can help, it might be because i didn't give a DxDiag - dragging the .txt to the chat did nothing at all

Tickets work, but GOG has not enough people working on them.

Have you tried the game's forum? Maybe others had the same problem and already know a solution.

Why exactly can't make one? I made a ticket through bot today no problem.

There is a paperclip button for attaching files.

I tried it, many people have this problem, though most are asking for a solution on the devs forums or reddit instead of there. Plenty of solutions but that worked only for some people, sadly Well I don't know at all. The bot just tells me it didn't succeed in making a new ticket..
