my name is anime catte: That's possibly the worst take I've ever heard. Not only is it not realistic, it's virtually unworkable. Try applying it to real world situations like say, running into a cinema and shouting "Fire!". What if I work customer service and swear at the customers? Can I just shout "free speech" when they fire me?
Nowhere in the universe does freedom of speech mean freedom from consequences, nor should it.
Here's a random person on quora who literally uses Gina Carano as an example. Link
Correct. Your freedom of speech is only protected from government matters. But freedom of speech still does require freedom from consequences, it just isn't protected from individuals. Nowhere in the universe does freedom of speech mean freedom from consequences, nor should it.

LegoDnD: Gina's accurate description of how Nazis act got her fired because Hollywood is run by Nazis.
my name is anime catte: Yikes. Not willing to be outdone by Frostburn in the "bad takes" stakes I see. This is getting off topic. Oops.
