My posts frequently fail to show up, but I attribute that more to my crappy connection than anything else, which frequently 'spaces out' for a couple of seconds/minutes. I've adopted the habit of selecting everything copying it before I click 'Post my message', so that I can quickly paste it again if I have to do it over.
