I think you have an error in this update. The download folder has been renamed. When I tried to redownload the files via GOG Download just now, it created a new folder with this name:

total_anihilation_commander_pack

The previous, correctly spelled folder is:

total_annihilation_commander_pack

Since it has a new folder name, the downloader also ignores the files I already have, obviously.
