Ok, thanks for the response.

Please forgive my ignorance, but I don't really understand what that means. Does it mean that Alientrap has to finish work on the version it sends to GOG, or that GOG is still doing some testing/tweaking of its own, or something else? I'd just like to understand the process a bit better so I can be more informed in the future (and possibly be more helpful on the forum myself!).

They're basically testing it out on another store's community :) We don't interfere with patches developed by developers who are still around to support their games :)
