Grargar: They are just price-matching with Steam.
Imminent regional pricing then?

That aside - was it sold on Steam before the HD upgrade? And if yes, what was the price?

Nope, the game's debut on Steam was about 6 days ago for €9.99. Worse, there is no option for the original version.

Cheers for this, as I still don't get any notifications for Wasteland 2; wonder how much GOG's idiotic naming scheme has to do with this.

Does anyone? Don't think I've ever seen any say they have, but they probably wouldn't post if they did. Likely more to do with all the different versions, and the base game is also not available for sale.

Seeing a Witcher 2 update in my account, but no indication of what exactly got updated. I don't mind downloading 30GB of data again, but only if there is a new patch, new installer or something useful. If the reason for an update were made visible somewhere in the library bookshelf directly in the future it would be very helpful for determining whether or not to download, and also having a way to say "yep, I saw the update and I don't want to download this one" would be useful too.

For example, I game exclusively on Windows so updates that are just for Mac or Linux functionality currently aren't of interest to me to find out they just got updated, likewise I am English-only so new language support for games or their installers isn't interesting to me. I do want to know what the updates are though before downloading 30GB. :)

Now having said that, I'm hoping that CDPR has expanded Triss' photo shoot in the bonus materials... I'm just saying... :)

Don't bother, it's just a Linux version update, as Windows exclusive gamer you don't need to download anything.

Yeah, i miss the marked materials that was updated/new too. I had to go to my game and look up my version, which ways 3.4.0.25 or something, which is probably the same version present... Since my download & off-disk versions aren't the same, i'm not just going to blindly click to download them all, as i don't like wasting bandwidth i could be watching cute kittens with on YouTube.

As for the photoshoot, i've noticed the playboy shoot for awhile, and they look really good... Unless there's another set of images you're referring to....

Even though the installer for AvP2000 was updated yesterday (without any notification or changelog on the forum), a fresh install with this latest version still downloads a 99MB via GOG Launcher (Galaxy) right after launch...

Also the updater still puts a new icon on my desktop after every update, even though I've deselected the desktop icon option during installation...

Also you still can't choose the location where Galaxy is installed...

We should ask the idiotic name namer, the person gog pay to mess up its catalogue.

I'm still waiting for GOG to mark Wasteland 2 deluxe as owned if you have upgraded from classic. Shouldn't be that difficult.

With the current system in place, that treats premium edition/base games/DLCs as separate games? Yeah, I wouldn't be counting on it. "Looks at Sword of the Stars: The Pit mess."

Please, please please, let me get what I want ;) No, seriously, people do something about the notification system, it is so inconvenient. I never know what was updated and have to check every updated game's forum to track the changes. It never shows on my game's page and it can be anything - WIN/Linux/Mac version update, new content I have to donwload every time to check if anything's new. Really, it is a VERY VERY VERY bad system that you have it here and I am surprised it has been so bad for so long. Any plans to upgrade the system? Somebody's working on it, hopefully, right? Right? Please say "yes". Just "yes". You know, "yes" ;)

Thanks Judas. Just took a look here, and I confirm that you are up to date: http://bluebottlegames.com/main/node/4238

Agree 100% - absolutely awful. Really GOG you need to sort this out. How hard is it to put on the download page EXACTLY what has been updated and for what platform.
