Murmurs, the best bars you'll always find by accident.

Hey there! I just brought me some of my famous ones to *ahem* assure its my brand.

"your" brand sounds suspicious :P

I may have to partake your in your swanky German brew ;-)

justanoldgamer: Looks like a good IPA from the description. Some of the rating seem to be from people who are not familiar with what an IPA is. Unfortunately I don't know anywhere around here that sell good American beer, we only get the bad stuff from south of the border. I know the good stuff exists because I've tasted it at beer festivals.

Geri11: How can you drink that kinda stuff? Drink real stuff. Like stout
A true beer connoisseur's palate is open to all different types of beer. Stouts and Porters are my favorite but I love a good hoppy IPA when it's 86 Celsius outside, in the evening.

*Shows off his most recent batch of homebrew, a coffee stout. *

Because of the sudden silence and the dribble on some faces:
im not an owner of a brewery...
just a patriot who really likes the beer from his homearea. But Im also not uninterested in new experiences.
Most of the time i prefer a beer brewed with bavarian purity law:
Best Spring water, hop, malt, yeast nothing more - neither additives nor colors and so on.
And finally that comes then to a Munich Augustiner, or a wheatbeer a Schneider.
Anyhow I had also already really good beer in Australia.
I'll drink almost anything alcoholic.
For some reason could really never acquire the taste of alcohol, so guess I'll have to be the designated driver ;-)

Youre always welcome!
You want a Bavarian Wheatbeer of course in the only true wheatbeer glass?

I enjoyed the little maneuver at towards the end.

I'm sure there's a festival in Bavaria this time of year to enjoy with said beer ;-)

Wheatbeer is bottle conditioned and therefore you will normally always find a little yeast at bottom of the bottle
with some last swings you get it into the glass having a fine spectacle like wafts of mist.
As for festivals youre right and even if there is no festival near my home actually, well its summer most beergardens are open 10:00 till 23:00

Aye, I have a homebrewing kit and a really excellent supply store not far from where I live (I like supporting local business when I can as opposed to ordering everything online) and usually stick to lagers because they are easier to brew. This was my first complex beer, aided by a friend who works for one of our local microbreweries.

Depending on the beer there is usually a trace amount of caffeine, though some breweries have been known to add more.

I'll have a sausage cocktail.
