Let's settle it once and for all!
Which is better:
Pancakes, or waffles?
Maybe crepes?
French toast, perhaps?
Something else entirely???

The most compelling argument gets marked as the answer and officially ends the war so we can all go home and have breakfast.

You butter be careful, soldier. It's dangerous out there in no-man's land. The place gives me the crepes. You might get gunned down by the Luftwaffle. They maple up their planes soon, but I doubt it. There's that one crazy pilot with the alter eggo of "Shortstack" who they say is particularly deadly when he flips out.

Waffles get my vote. I don't really have a compelling argument other than: every single waffle I've ever eaten was way yummier than any pancake I've ever eaten. Given that I've eaten many hundreds of pancakes but only a couple dozen waffles in my lifetime, from many different sources, it seems to me that the odds are insurmountably stacked in waffles' flavor.

Dammit zeogold! I was already incredibly hungry before you posted this, and I'm nowhere near any viable sources of either pancakes or waffles, especially at this time of night :(

Technically, you can make "pancakes" of a sort from just a banana and a couple eggs, although I can't guarantee they'll actually be that great.

No, it's all muffin mix, but we pour it in a pan and cook it as pancakes.

There is actually very little difference between pancake batter and muffin mix TBH.

It's settled: The first two people we chuck out into no-man's land are tinyE and blakstar.
Next person we chuck out is the first guy to make the inevitable "blue waffle" reference.
(for those of you who don't know, there's this running internet joke about "whatever you do, don't Google 'blue waffle'", because "blue waffle" brings up results of genital mutilation, so allow me to warn you of that before any of these fools even try it)
