I think that's kindof a problem right now. Nobody really thought about if those making games were male or female. It was the product being sold that was of interest and maybe interesting to some as to how things came about making the games.

I seen this argument in several guys defending GG, I cannot just silence this, of course GG is full of different kind of people including women and people that has a clear nice idea about "inclusivity" (probably even more open minded that the SJW zealots), but I even seen worse arguments, like "bitch you should be in the kitchen instead of making games", in Youtube comments. I can find some for you if you want, it is SAD, both for what this draws in the mind of who says this and what it attacks , and lately what it does for the image of the community.

I'm not Felinephobic ;P (I do prefer dogs though) but if I may add just a bit to this discussion. I wonder if this "tortitude" is similar to what can be seen in certain dog breeds like "blue" Pitties (Pitbulls) are more likely to be aggressive than non-blue pits. I just mean that the coloring could be an indication that something is different in the tortie.

I've noticed certain behavioural traits in many colours of cats. Some examples include black cats being quiet and staring a lot, ginger cats being aggressive but cowardly, and a tendency for big grey toms to become the neighbourhood alpha. Leonardo's post above provides further supporting evidence for the last example, at least for me:

There's a half-wildcat in the neighbourhood, too. She doesn't seem to enjoy being petted much. Also, while she's friendly enough with me, she doesn't really like other cats.
I've never encountered another half-wildcat before, so I can't say if these behaviours are common or not. Just thought I'd make the observation.

I theorize the tortie behavior is the result of torties not being a selective breed but a fur pattern, which means most of them are crossed from different breeds, leading to a more individual personality.
