Seeing how tighly all those people are linked together and coordinate their publications is telling,
I remember the days when all those sites suddenly published the same message with the same words in reaction to being accused of corruption.

Usually these accusations by GamerGate are countered with personality-attacks like "oh, your just hate women". That's BS, the reality is that GamerGate has been boiling up for years, it's just that the Quinn incident was the straw that broke the camel's back.

This prompted people to start doing their own research, and the result is that the game journalists are only the tip of the iceberg. The people pulling the strings in reality are rich individuals and academic organisations such as DIGRA or private organisations such as Silverstring Media. LOL no, please feel free to participate in whatever discussion you want, the whole *trollface* thing was because I was knowingly posting a history of Gamersgate that, I don't know, I suspect some may have felt was a little biased against Gamersgate when most of the people commenting in this thread are pro-Gamersgate

I didn't want people to think that I was deluded enough to think that I was posting a completely fair and unbiased source, it wasn't directed at you at all, I swear

Saying THAT though, if you're going to be that paranoid and thin-skinned I think you'll fit in with this whole pro-GG crowd just fine :P

Also, correct me if I'm wrong everyone, but I don't think a source EXISTS that both side could ever agree was fair and unbiased, I think, if you're undecided you just a have to read one heavy biased source that leans one way and then read one that leans the other - I was just getting mine in first!
