Makotolia: So, basically, every time you declare that “
a new round begins”, everyone is allowed to request 1 daggered and 1 non-daggered from the update list, instead of depending on “an update comes”, is that it? (I’m not very confident in my English reading, thus I’m asking) If this is the case, it seems quite simple and fair.
The only reason rounds will exist is because, let's say there are 40 games that are extremely popular in a new update, but only 20 people request those games. That will leave another 20 that, if they were added to the main list, could be immediately requested by only 4 users.
The frequency and size of each update will depend upon the number of keys that are donated. This will not change. The only thing that's changing is that when an update is released, everyone can only request 1 daggered key and 1 non-daggered key. After things calm down a bit, I'll let everyone request 1 more daggered key and 1 more non-daggered key before I add the update to the main list.
BranjoHello: Not totally sure about 5+7 from main list as that seems like quite a number for me, but if there are a lot of keys in the main list and you want to get rid of them then it makes perfect sense.
There are currently 530 keys on the main list that are just sitting there doing nothing. The total amount doesn't really seem to change much over time; about as many keys are added as subtracted each month. If these games can find a new home, that's preferable to them just sitting on the digital shelf collecting virtual dust.
