jt2755m: A glitch ?? Same account & PW.. Valid Debit card.. Online from GOG. . And yes I did... j

GR00T: Gotta be a glitch on GOG's end, then. If you've contacted Support and not gotten answer yet, maybe try tossing Linko a Chat to see if he can get the issue escalated. He's the GOG community manager here on the forums.

*edit8 Here's his profile page: https://www.gog.com/u/Linko90
Thank You, finally a hot lead to pursue... j
Keep in mind that it's the weekend now. GOG staff sometimes reacts on weekends, too, but I don't think they're officially working on the weekend.
Check out your orders history at https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders

What do you see there?

hmmm hopefully linko can help you, as I am completely stumped.
and a refresh did nothing?
are there any problems with your credit card?
was it reported stolen recently or anything else?

Hopefully Linko90 can help you.

The quick and easy explanation: DRM (these days) = the game checks online if you're permitted to play it. Most games on Steam (and all games on Origin/Uplay) do this. If anything goes wrong in this process -> no more game, temporarily or permanently.

DRM free (=GOG): You download the offline installer and keep it safe somewhere -> do with it whatever you want, for personal use.

offline installer = you get all the files needed to install the game - no need for an internet connection once you have them (=offline).

I'm talking about single player games here...

Sure, you just download the files with your browser (or with GOG Downloader or the Galaxy backup function).

If you download with your browser, I recommend thinking up some folder structure (and backup system) - not just clutter your desktop with files... ;)
