My wife got very impressive results from Crest strips. However the effect starts to wear off eventually and you need to do it again once or twice a year. I have tried the strips a couple of times but always found them too fussy to bother with.
Based on my experiences, i cannot recommend teeth whiteners. Especially if you are very sensitive to chemicals.

I hate going to any kind of dentist because dentistry is not covered by Medicare at all in Aus, meaning it is very expensive.
Don't worry, I got you covered.

Haha, right! The best solution. :)
You can follow these tips for teeth health:
1. Chuck your toothbrush...or change the head of your electric toothbrush at least every two to three months for healthy teeth.

2. Clean your tongue. Use a tongue scraper every morning to remove tongue plaque and freshen your breath.

3. Eat 'detergent' foods. Foods that are firm or crisp help clean teeth as they're eaten. For example: apples, raw carrots, celery, and popcorn.

4. Gargle with apple cider vinegar.

5. Brush your teeth with baking soda once a week.

6. Stay fresh. To check the freshness of your breath, lick your palm and smell it while it's still wet. If you smell something, it’s time for a sugar-free breath mint.

7. Brush your teeth when you first get out of bed and before you get back in at night.

sorry but i dont agree with some points here:

3. popcorn might clean your teeth, but its among the top products for biting out a teeth lol

'Posh' popcorn explosion behind rise in chipped teeth

4. apple vinegar is acidic and attacks your tooth surface as any acid will do ... some people even report gum/tooth pain after vinegar gargling

5. baking soda has the power of being abrasive to your teeth, so use only with care

6. sugar free is good, unless you swapped the sugar for synthetic sweeteners like aspartame, which have their own probs (but not related to teeth) imho

Well, don't dwell on thinking about what an average hand goes through in a day. Wouldn't want you thinking about bum wiping, groin adjustments, nose picking, keyboard/mobile use etc...

DampSquib: Hydrogen Peroxide will work over time, but really you should go see a dentist.
That's why a lot of tooth pastes have it as an ingredient. :)

I;m amazed this thread hasn't been attacked by bots yet.

Ha, yes. Though they do say that keyboards/mobile phones are the worst now for germs and such like, and funnily enough for downward spiraling intelligence...
never use white lead paint for whitening
I use WD40 on everything, if that doesn't help try cola.
Or, if you have a standard dental insurance, you go to the dentist every 6 month for a free oral maintenance which includes teeth whitening. I always refuse the stuff tho since it makes me throw up.
