I have some serious sound problems. Sometimes it stutters so much that I can not make out what is being said. I run the game on High and my rig is more than able to handle the game even on ultra. No other game has this problem.

I'd check power settings to make sure it's on balanced and not power saving or something. Also probably use Task Manager to forcibly lower the priority of any and all programs that don't need immediate control.

If you're capturing video AND the game uses 2 cores or less (and you have more than 2 cores) you can forcibly set the capture program as one set of cores while the game runes the other set.

Check your memory and virtual memory settings. Virtual Memory can run very slowly. I have 16Gig and turned my VM off for simplicity.

Selectively turn off certain features that are known to be a drain. Anti-Aliasing being one of the top ones, after that probably bloom or other special features.

Check your video card... If it's a newer card that takes full advantage of the hardware acceleration, then great, if not you may have to change settings to make it work. (Newer cards support DX12, while earlier ones are 11 or earlier, and those features may just be slugging the system down)

Some games/programs have a manual configuration for an audio buffer, if it's the case you might increase the buffer and the time it's delayed a little in order to give it prevent this.

Too many variables and unknowns, cannot reproduce on testing system.

Well, if it appears to be related to the launcher, why not run the executable individual to see if the problem persists?

Good way to find alts, IMO. Seems to be a common tactic, but i noticed OP hasn't responded. I wonder if OP goofed and posted under an alt instead of real account. Or we could just be witch hunting like we always do on this board.
