FireTiger_86: If it gets re-examined by the USK, it is extremely unlikely that it will get banned (or rather, indexed) again, they might even lift the ban on the original. Most titles that are still on the index are there for the sole reason that the publisher would have to pay for a re-examination, and the games are not relevant enough any more to justify that. In any case, after 25 years they get re-examined (by the BpjM, which is responsible for the index) automatically and that means another two and a half years for this 1998 title.
If only countries allowed consenting adults to play what they wanted to play....one can dream, eh?
(the us has it's own system, of course, but thankfully it doesn't bar adults from playing what they want)
