I wonder whether Blizzard will provide more of his games here. I think people are waiting for Diablo 2 more than they waited for Diablo 1. Of course I have more wishes than this. :)

I think that'd more difficult, but feasible. I just found my original Diablo II box and through its code I was still able to add it to my current Battle.net. So it's a game they can load (and sell?) on their through own launcher. It seems to work fine too on my windows 10. Unlike Warcraft 1+2 and Diablo 1. Since they seemed to work together (?) for those older titles, it's possible.
But I must say it´s a bit funny it´s named GoG = good old games yet so damn much new IP´s I understand they need to make more money but still.

I also understand it´s not only up to gog but I wish companies would just agree more often I mean we are often talking about games that made them I mean look at blizzard they have their own damn store yet they never sold Warcraft 1 or 2 or diablo 1 or 2 the games that basically made them who they are. Also if they want to make money why the hell not sell old games in their store when people clearly would buy them ?

sorry for the slow replay i damn forgotten I made this post hehe.

If you own a liquor store, you can't sell my specific brand of whiskey without me striking up a deal with you. Be it by proxy or directly, you can't sell it if I don't wanna give you that right.

If your store was named "Good Old Whiskey", you might wanna change the name to GOW instead if other types of liquor are easier to do business with than whiskey. Especially if other types of liquor are starting to outnumber your supply of whiskey.

Speaking of which, Good Old Games changed their name to GOG for some reason.

Your first paragraph: Eventually all games reach market saturation(for the titles they sell) and the rights holders only allow them to sell what they allow & what they have the full rights for(usually). Also important is noting which games can be made workable on new systems easily....those get the gog treatment faster, usually.

As such, there are only so many games they can bring here with those criteria in mind.....unless they get more rights holders on board, that is.

Your second paragraph: Some of the same criteria from my first reply part also applies here. Also some rights holders don't want to sell old versions of their games when they can sell new versions for more money once they make them.

Your third paragraph: Not a problem.

Some might sell said whiskey out the back of their truck/etc and bypass all that red tape, or they might buy said whiskey from other stores and then sell it themselves(as it is their property then to do with, for the most part, as they will).

Crim25: For some classic games to get up on GoG but damn
Freelancer has gotten +30045 votes still nothing
But what make me sad is Dark Colony + expansion pack has such little votes only +716 :(

But man I been hoping every year now to see them up on GoG way more than I want to see dark souls or warcraft 3
Unfortunately if the publishers or all required parties don't want to play ball with GOG or each other, a re-release can't happen no matter how many votes are cast. GOG would love to have Freelancer, Dark Souls, Warcraft 3, and I think Dark Colony, but there's only so much they can do. Personally I'd like to see many more users use the wishlist; if GOG does have millions of regular users, I think having millions of wishlist votes for games could be a much more powerful persuader than the tens of thousands currently. But even that isn't a guarantee, sadly.
Dark Colony is definitely #1 on my wishlist. Who currently holds the rights? It was an SSI game and GOG has plenty of SSI games on the store right now...
