the difference between DRM and DRM free is that on a DRMd platform, the game would have been removed from you machine as well as from your account.
for DRM free, you are supposed to remove the game from your machine yourself, the platform cant do it.

(and maybe you and maybe even 99% of all "Falcon 4.0" owners here on GOG) can still install and play the game -
because we downloaded the files in time.
But everyone who missed to download it, while it was in their accounts, is now left out in the cold.
For everyone affected, this is no different from Steam removing a game from their account
(and preventing the already installed game from starting).
So, I stay by my comment: this is THE definition of DRM.
