Your personal guide to the galaxy.

Rebel Galaxy, a swashbuckling space adventure from the developers of Torchlight, is available now, DRM-free on GOG.com with GOG Galaxy achievements and a 10% launch discount.

Action, exploration, discovery, trade, diplomacy. Can you ask for more in a title about the fantasy of space?
How about power? You're in command of a hulking, terrifying star destroyer. You will traverse the outer reaches of space doing what you can to get by - whether it's fending off or hunting pirates, exploring the unknown, mining, or scavenging - all the paths and choices are yours. Your riches can be wisely invested, or spent on a few more guns and a bigger chassis. But the huge universe open before you may just be more than you've bargained for. Just... Try to survive without blowing up everything.

Well, maybe you could also ask for a killer soundtrack. Done.
Check out the launch trailer, and set off on the biggest adventure of your life:

cogadh: That is likely your bank denying the transaction. A lot of banks, especially in the US, don't allow international transactions to Cyprus because of its history with credit card fraud. GOG is incorporated in Cyprus, but is not actually located there. Using PayPal works because as far as your bank is concerned, the transaction is between them and PayPal, not them and GOG. I have to use the same method to buy from GOG, since both of my credit cards and my debit card will decline any direct transactions with GOG for just that reason.

CharlesGrey: Well, except for this part: "It's rejecting my credit card (same one I always use here, plenty of credit on it, etc.)", so who knows...
Yeah, mine used to work all the time too, but after a while, bank policies changed without notice and I was forced to resort to PayPal. If you have online access to your account, I'd recommend checking your transaction history, it should confirm exactly what happened.
low rated
Ouch... that pricing...

Not sure I heard about this one either.

Licurg: Yeah, I'm definitely buying this when I get some money . Where's Torchlight 2 tho ?

IAmSinistar: They're saving it to be the free game in the next Insomnia sale.
When is that coming?

marlowe221: Hey GOG!

Thanks for getting this game on the site, but I can't buy it!

It's rejecting my credit card (same one I always use here, plenty of credit on it, etc.)

Servers are busy, eh?

JudasIscariot: Check with your bank, perhaps?
I actually encountered the same thing last night. 2 credit cards that never had any problems in the past (and specifically mention no foreign transaction fees as part of my benefits). I ended up having to use paypal to make my purchase before the weekend promo ended...

Like I said, check with your bank or check your online statement :)

Already checked my transactions. It's like nothing ever made it to them. Odd...

Only GOG knows. But best to stay awake until then!
Where's Torchlight 2?
Nice voice acting in the trailer & I hear some good music too! :)
Looks interesting, wishlisted!!
The trailer tells me bupkis about how the game is actually played. No purchase until I fish around for an LP or two.

trusteft: What's a similar game in terms of gameplay?

JudasIscariot: Sid Meier's Pirates from what QA tells me :)
So it has dancing? :)

You're right. It's a lovely video, but gives you Sweet FA with regards to gameplay. Is it Homeworld? Star Control? Master of Orion? X? Nexus? All I can tell is that it's laser-laser-something-laser.

Oh, I'm good, I was just quoting the other guy. I hear some people seem to have problems when they try to make many separate purchases ( i.e. during a sale ).
