Yes, I love the KR series, too - and own all the prequels.

But currently it is Windows only - while it had been available on all 3 PC platforms.
So missing GNU/Linux and macOS was not even mentioned - thus I opened a call

Especially with this discount being available only for a short time GOG should

For anyone who is interested, it appears to work perfectly fine in my default Lutris Galaxy Wine bottle.

Why release this when Kingdom Rush: Frontiers is still outdated compared to the Steam version? Has been since August 31st of this year. I wish GOG would hold off on releasing games from devs/publishers who don't take care of the ones they're already selling here. The Monster Jam games are another good example, the first game is still outdated on GOG but they went ahead with releasing the sequel anyway.

Hey, what about to Update all availalbe games from Ironhide Game Studio (Kongdom Rush series + Iron Marines). In comparison to Steam versions - only Kingdom Rush Vengeance has !Achievements!, and only several games are with "Cloud saves" and "Overlay".
So GoG team, what will you do? (Will bring to gamers updates games mentioned before or ignore this request?)

All previous KR series games are great!
But I will wait for Linux version before buying this one.

About the Mac version, well...

I have a strange feeling, that macOS gaming in general (except for Apple arcade) is mostly EOL (end of life). Because:
1.) older 32-bit games wont get a 64-bit Intel version (ever)
2.) running 64-bit Intel x86 Mac applications on Apple Silicon CPUs will work only until Apple doesn't remove Rosetta 2 from macOS, that can happen in 2-3 years

How many native Apple Silicon/ARM games are out the (except the iOS games) for macOS? The last time I did check, I could count on my ten fingers.

Was waiting to buy all here for months, or years. But yesterday couldn't resist the special offers...

What's wrong with many games that they wait so long to release on GOG? Is really so difficult to launch in another store?

Maybe all because of DRM-free politics at GoG store.
Companies (Devs/Publishers) don't want to remove DRM completely from their games. Maybe they are thinking that with DRM all gamers that want to play their games will buy that games. But that's working in another way: if someone don't have money to buy game at some point he/she will play game in another way (don't want to write how,- bacause here at gog, employees bacame really mad when gamers write about pir*cy).
In another situation - people that grew up with pira*y in mind - thay will play games in this way until they understood that by buing games they can support Devs and their endeavour.

Conclusion, Devs and / or Publishers don't want to remove DRM, bacuse in their mind DRM - really help to stop pira*y; at the same time gamers that don't want (cannot) to pay for games wouldn't buy games in all scenarious.
