My general rule here is this:
* If the game is for a console that has a DRM'd online store, it is considered to have DRM, even if we're talking about a physical copy of said game.
* If the game is for a console that does not have any online store, then I would allow it.

Note that, for me to count a PC game as DRM-free, it has to be available on a service that does not provide or promote DRM. (So, for example, steam is out, even if the game can be started without the client.)

My rule with asexuality is that it counts only if there's positive evidence of the character being asexual. In particular, simply having the character never develop a relationship is not enough evidence.

I consider Terra from Final Fantasy 6 to be asexual, for example, as there's the dialog where she comments on her lack of attraction to Edgar early in the game. (There's also the comparison with Asellus from SaGa Frontier, who is clearly not straight.)

Parvati in Outer Worlds is explicitely asexual. You can help her to have a romantic relationship with another character.

You missed the point. It has flown way over your head. I'd have to play again, but rejection of Edgar is not strictly asexual. She has expressed desires that would require sexuality, however she has not explicitly supported nor condemned the notion of sexuality. Given her origins, as well as her disposition, she might just have a problem with Edgar specifically, or just be completely disinterested in humanity (for obvious plot reasons). I have yet to see a character in a game that i can confirm is asexual, but, well, thus is the nature of asexuality, as well. I would therefore default to the most reasonable assumption: she's bisexual, but this is only because, well, you go with default of what is in nature whenever conflicting evidence is scant. (That is to say, if you meet a random dude walking down the street in the game, a randomly generated NPC, it is reasonable to assume he's straight, unless there's evidence ot the contrary, because the author has not declared anything, thus you would assume said character is straight in the same vein as you would assume said character has 5 toes in those shoes.)

Fact is, there are, and always have been through the ages, a small minority of people who are of a different gender than the sex of the body they grew up in. It's an actual medical diagnosis: Gender dysphoria, and it can lead to trauma, depression and even suicide.

And fact is also that we nowadays have means to help those people - even if those means have limits. Just like we now have high-tech prosthetics for people missing limbs, and we're making good progress with providing some form of eyesight to (at least some) blind people.
