It's always a good idea on any support forum that if you reference something, go ahead and state what it is. You never want to paraphrase on a support request.

If you added your 5 games here on GoG's website, there's already a dozen active threads discussing this and zero need for you to start yet another one. That's one of the reasons why you're getting all the negative responses.
