hummer010: That's fair. I spend half my time with terminal based apps, and half my time with GUI apps. I've had countless python scripts that I've edited in Atom that have a :w somewhere in them because of the muscle memory of :w saves a file in Vim.

On Linux, Midnight Commander. It's nice that I can use the same one remotely through SSH.
On Windows, Total Commander. Easily worth the price tag.
When I'm editing files in a project folder, I usually reach for Ctrl+P. Same shortcut in VSCode and my local Vim.
If editing files not in a project folder, there's always good old :Sex

Oh, you mean good ole FSN? Sadly it's replacement projects are a little moribund. (Clarity because I am old now and just realized lots of people won't understand ;_; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxIPcbmo1_U )
No, to use up all the space for useless stuff, just install Gnome & Flatpack. You'll be out of space before you even know where all the RAM has gone.
