Johny.: Are you saying that significant amount of users have problems understanding how they should download and install a game after buying it?
Yes... and it's not just the site design either. You are not tailoring the experience based on what the user is using. You basically recreated the site in Galaxy (by embedding the library and everything else into it) instead of realizing the client and the site need to have their own separate experiences based on what the user is accustomed too.
You get new users who you ask to install Galaxy and they install Galaxy and still have
no idea how to find and download their games. Then they come to this forum where older anti-Galaxy members point them to standalone installers or the Downloader thereby creating the confusion. Creating 2 separate installers will NOT solve this problem

here. I would strongly advise taking it to heart if you really think this is a problem.
Both the site and the client need work... and making things more complicated will not solve that.
