It seems Nacon disagrees with the allegations that Frogwares has made against them.
Here is an old article about that:
https://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2021-03-01-nacon-blames-frogwares-for-feature-lacking-steam-version-of-the-sinking-city I'm not saying Nacon is right. I personally don't know enough about this situation to know who is telling the truth and who isn't.
Is it possible that Nacon's assertions are correct though, and that Frogwares is disgruntled and has "buyer's remorse" about the contract(s) that Frogwares willingly chose to sign, and that is the true source of Frogwares' beef?
Is it possible that Nacon isn't at fault?
Is it possible that Frogwares is
also at fault, and that
both sides share some blame for wrongdoing?
The posts I've read in the past about this issue were always very one-sided in favor of Frogwares and against Nacon.
Maybe that's because Nacon is truly the only one at fault.
Or maybe it's because observers never heard out Nacon about their position?
