Quick tip/suggestion: How about highlighting those games that are specifically Steam-exclusive?
By the way, Quake, Quake 2 and Quake 3 can legitimately have source engines used with them by the way to get around CEG, if that's any help.

I know, but I think there should be a separate list for those. Or perhaps a separate section. Assorted list of games confirmed to use CEG:
Orcs Must Die!, The Baconing, GTA: San Andreas, Xotic, Aliens versus Predator Classic 2000, And Yet It Moves, Darwinia, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Gish, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Jolly Rover, NightSky, Loom, Sequence, Chime, Hammerfight, Beyond Good & Evil, The Dig, Dustforce, Freedom Force, Shatter, Mafia, all Half-Life games (surprise), Grand Theft Auto 3, Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals, Mount&Blade, Morrowind, Penumbra (all of it), Poker Night at the Inventory, Gothic II, Puzzle Agent 2, Sam & Max (all of them), X-COM: Interceptor and Enforcer

These are the ones in the main list and amok's list that are Steamworks exclusives (i.e. they're only available from Steam, or buying them elsewhere only nets you a Steam key).

Yes there is this problem too. Luckily it's mostly for "older" games, most recent one can be moved without issue (patching them or installing extension/DLC once they are moved is another story though)

It looks like it is mostly indies. Which furthers the notion that the publishers can decide if they want the Steam DRM. I wonder if AAA titles simply haven't been tested yet or if they really are proportionally more DRM'd.

LOL DRM free games on Steam. You can actually not have to connect to your steam account to play?
If it connects to your account at all its DRM and not FREE of it. and STEAM is DRM no matter how you try to paint it. Securom at its worst. Connect to check if its your game every time you play even if its SP. How is that not SecuRom Like?

Combination of both, I think. I haven't tested many triple-As yet simply because they tend to be huge downloads, so it takes time. I'm pretty sure there are some surprises waiting there; I honestly didn't expect this list to reach the current 60 entries. I took it down for now; were you copying it to a different computer or was it the same one the game was originally installed on?
