Modiphius Entertainment is working on a Conan tabletop RPG! If you don't know who they are, they gave us several awesome products like the "Acthung! Cthulhu" RPG line. Their work is top-notch.

Although I'm not particularly interested in yet another fantasy RPG, I have to admit I'm intrigued.
Modiphius has turned out some nice products and there is a ton of Conan lore that might make it really interesting.
Did the license go to a new party BTW?
Because I seem to recall there's also a Conan open world game in the making.
It's too bad I can't back Kickstarters, the pledge levels also seem fairly acceptable.
I hope they make it.

I have no idea about the licensing. They have already made it and are currently four times over their funding goal, just a day in... 29 days left. Modiphius is a quality guarantee and the pledge levels give you a lot more than your money's worth if you ask me. PDF Master (the one I'm getting) is at 40 pounds and will eventually deliver 300 pounds worth of content to me. :)
What do you mean you can't back Kickstarters?

Everyone who is even slightly interested in this should hop on board. Mödiphius always delivers. Chris is so passionate about what he does that he always makes sure the end product has a high quality.

They have quite a few interesting projects in the pipeline right now. If you are interested you can find some of the info here. (That video is from October 2015 though, so bear in mind that it might not be 100% up to date.)

I don't have a credit card which used to be the only way to contribute.

Paradox, which recently controlled Robert E. Howard's creations, was apparently purchased by a company called Cabinet Holdings, which appears to be a new company founded by Paradox's former CEO.

Oh. Well, I don't either, I'm against credit cards. But I do use an electronic prepaid card, I just put the money I'm going to use in it. In the case of Kickstarter, you have to have the whole amount in the prepaid card once you back the project, and then make sure the whole amount is still in the card when the kickstarter ends.

I was thinking about getting a hard copy of the corebook, but decided against it (a lack of funds atm) but I still have time to change my mind though (ie. find some more money)!
