It would also depend rather heavily on which games he's bought. If it's mostly cheap old games, then the size is gonna be considerably smaller than if he's bought a representative number of both new and old games, graphics heavy and basic pixelart. It's a lot easier to get such a big collection of cheap oldschool games.

Where can you see the total size of all your games? Do you actually have to download them all first? Because I haven't...

download all your games. Then go to the "games folder" in your GOG installation folder. Right click folder and properties. It will count the size of your games folder.

Gratz. I just made it to 1500 the other day. (Thank GOG for the sale; got stuck on the icky number too long for my liking.) I'm not planning to win all of them, but only a few are genuinely so terrible that I'm not going to launch them at all; and even those come with extras worth the sale price.

I'm a particle physicist and I live in Russia; I used to work as a secretary of sorts for the guy who invented the concrete for the sarcophagus, and I can't even, what the holy cockshitting fuck. For all the snake people here who don't get it, it's 2016 now. It was 15 years from 1986 to 2001 (when 9/11 happened), and it's been 15 years from 9/11 to this day. Imagine the premise of Stalker applied to Ground Zero. No, I'm not complaining it's disrespectful or anything (although of course it is), it's just mindbogglingly stupid.
But they come with FLAC soundtracks, surely they're worth $2, right?

Or there's Asshole Simulator 2014. I've got one IRL, I don't need a simulator. But again, it's got a FLAC soundtrack by a composer with name-recognition, and there haven't been many of them historically: let's see, Kirill Pokrovsky, Mark Morgan, Austin Wintory, Carlos Viola, Pablo Vega, Jake Kaufman, Danny Baranowsky and that one guy. Obviously worth $2, even if the game is cat puke.
