mrkgnao: It really depends on how you look at it. This change could encourage people not to download their entire library, but rather to become dependent on installing games via Galaxy. The more unmanageable the library becomes, the more averse people would be to manage it themselves.
And obviously we all want people to become dependent on a client, judging from competitive analysis.
That's a nasty, cynical, and consumer-unfriendly notion you have there. And thus is makes perfect business sense. And obviously we all want people to become dependent on a client, judging from competitive analysis.
Because they seem like they should be a single final entity, similar to how Siege Of Avalon ended up in its final boxed incarnation. But also because the split version is hella bigger than the unified one.
