juhejo: Will GOG unbundle the original Tomb Raider trilogy?

PaterAlf: What are you talking about? They already did it about six weeks ago.
Huh? Tomb Raider trilogy is still bundled as 1 + 2 + 3 in my library.

Try an account refresh -- that should sort it out:

Refresh function solved the "problem". Thanks!

Already has.

Edit: Great... responded before reading the rest of the comments, and now I can't delete this >_<

Sure you can, just edit all the text away and write "nvm".
OK, I refreshed. Might as well bite the bullet.

Since I'm just a hair under the manual sort bug, it's time to get to work fixing the mess. At least they all appear at the bottom so it's easy to find.

Ciris: We've prepared the remaining games for unbundling.
...
Wallace & Gromits - Episode 1 - Fright of the Bumblebees
Wallace & Gromits - Episode 2 - The Last Resort
Wallace & Gromits - Episode 3 - Muzzled
Wallace & Gromits - Episode 4 - The Bogey Man
WHY unbundling random episodic games and others not? THere is really no logic in it, why you are doing this.

First, these episodic games were only split into single episodes for squeezing out more money from the customers (and buy some more time for the game itself and development).

Second, most of these games do tell an overarching story and standalone episodes don't make any sense if you play and pick single ones out of them.

You trade the "convenience of smaller downloads" with bigger storage demand as a whole, like Heroes Chronicles. In addition, are youe planning to split up all other Telltale Games too? Interestingly, especially THESE games are sold in parts and after their product life, you get them only in a full release format.

Oh, and after going through my GOG archive and comparing them to my original discs I discovered that the GOG versions very often are sourced from compilation releases. The unbundling process is butchering these compilations into more or less working pieces ... May I add that I found out that many old games GOG sells did have audio tracks which are missing?

Last, if you look into the new installers, they are now prepped and preloaded with GOG Galaxy in mind.

You don't own the Ultima games or you would have chosen them as the perfect example how the alphabetical ordering is completely screwed in the library.

Ultima I
Ultima II
Ultima III
Ultima IV
Ultima Underworld I (because U is between I and V)
Ultima Underworld II
Ultima V
Ultima VI
Ultima VII - Serpent Isle (This is the second part of Ultima 7)
Ultima VII - The Black Gate + The Forge of Virtue (followed by the first part...)
Ultima Worlds of Adventure 2: Martian Dreams (now they start to use : instead of - to delimit title and subtitle)

Then GOG suddenly switches from Roman numerals to Arabian numerals for the remaining Ultimas

Ultima™ 4: Quest of the Avatar (again Ultima 4, this time the free one, but with added ™ and subtitle)
Ultima™ 8 Gold Edition
Ultima™ 9: Ascension

and a long way down the list, with a lot of Wing Commanders, Wallace and Gromits and Witchers between them...

Worlds of Ultima: The Savage Empire

Now that's what GOG considers logic when it comes to ordering games!

JaqFrost: Sweet Jesus, I'm so happy I don't own most of the unbundled titles. =/
I do, and I can assure you that it's not a pretty sight. Just check DoctorGOGgles post about the Ultima games.

IAmSinistar: I find this boggling as well. With all their protestations of not having time for certain things, they went out of their way to deal with something that didn't need attention and actively made it worse.
What's worse is that such contradicting actions make them unreliable in whatever they claim; wonder if they even realise it.

You didn't really buy into the "no no, Galaxy is not the reason we're making a big fat mess out of your library, it was just a very happy coincidence that the unbundling happened to be what is required for Galaxy", did you now?

EDIT: typo

It's bad enough that the alphanumeric sorting of titles in a series is a wreck, but can we at least have proper box art? You know like the real Wing Commander covers and different art to identify the regular and VGA editions of the Leisure Suit Larrys?

But you're overlooking the awesome job they've done on unbundled titles like The Great Battles. These just drip history.
