HeDanny: Anything not been split yet that probably should? All I can see is Alone in the Dark, and MAX / MAX2 from my collection. Any more?

Mostly just curious in case it is a small indication of when the unbundling will finish.
15 games from GOG's planned list have not yet been unbundled:
- American Conquest
- Blitzkrieg Anthology
- Creatures Exodus
- Earth 2150
- Great Battles
- Interstate 76
- King's Quest 1+2+3
- King's Quest 4+5+6
- Lords of the Realm
- MAX + MAX 2
- Patrician 1+2
- Penumbra Collection
- Pirates Gold Plus
- Red Baron Pack
- Wallace & Gromit

No idea if they still plan to do it or when.

P.S. Alone in the Dark is not on GOG's planned list and I don't expect it to be unbundled, since it is already in Galaxy (all the games on GOG's list were not in Galaxy prior to the unbundling).

pisces72: Bad idea making this mandatory for everyone. Splitting up the games that have a Collection edition of very similar games makes the install a pain. The shelf has many bugs (links for forum and reviews do not work, wrong images).

Also, the first post says many people wanted this. Can someone link me to the wishlist topic?

HypersomniacLive: Here you go. Just sit down comfortably before following the link in that post; the number of voices requesting this is overwhelming.
Hahahaha, well played sir. Pretty funny that the response wishlist item (provide an option to re-bundle) now has more votes...
On the ball as always good sir. Thankyou muchly.

Well. That is.. unusual, to say the least.

Any one think of any other games that do not look to be unbundled, but probably really should?

You keep making changes that I hate--first trashing your web design, and now this--with the justification that it's totally important for Galaxy. A lot of posters have voiced concerns about Galaxy, but it was GOG that killed my enthusiasm for it.

p.s.

Ciris: Galaxy wasn't supposed to affect other users, and this is affecting us.
As I said in my initial post, and in this one as well, the change isn't dictated by the introduction of the GOG Galaxy Client. Instead, it's a change we'd been planning and a change that's been asked for many times that we're implementing at this time. The fact that it'll make for faster installations when using the optional client is just an extra bonus :)

mrkgnao: Thank you for your answer. Could you please point me to the wishlist entry that requested this feature. I would like to see how many people voted for it.
The people who were requesting this and the people who were totally ecstatic about the web design changes should form a club.

The thing is that there advantages to having things bundled together, and advantages to having things separated. I don't think this had to be a big deal. But GOG did what GOG wanted to do (which is their right, at least to a point), and GOG then came to us and told us that we loved it and they only did it because they asked us to, and oh, what a happy coincidence that this thing we totally wanted them to do happened to be what they needed to do for Galaxy, and I am sick of being spoken to like an idiot child.

The tomb raider example of unbundling 1 + 2 + 3 makes sense. But I have Leisure Suit Larry games that have a VGA mode and a non VGA mode. With the unbundling I see 2 entries for the same game, for Leisure Suit Larry 1 & 6 because of the VGA modes, and I don't like it.

This club already exists. It's called GOG staff.

But the first post clearly says:

Ciris: Following your many requests and in connection with preparing game libraries better for GOG Galaxy, we’re going to be starting what we’re calling unbundling games.
I rest my case.

XD +1!
How long is this unbundling going to take?
Will it be possible to make name link in these unbudled games directed to store page of the bundle as it is for normal games?

Forum and Review links from library for unbundled games are not working too.

King's Quest 1+2+3 for the first person that requests it.

Rep 50+

Get it before it unbundles!

Look, GOG staff have abandoned this thread. "Just get back to your giveaways and leave us alone." Might as well do something useful here.
