I have a question: Is the manually shelf sorting broken for everyone right now or just for the people with huge collections? There are some post in this thread that make me believe it's the latter.

That was my understanding too.
Tested mine just now. It is broken.
We need someone with a small library to report.

Mine is slightly short of 100, after the unbundling, and I've had no problems sorting it manually.

And it remains sorted after you leave the library and return?

Yep. It might switch to one of the other pre-sets (alphabetic/purchase date) after I've been fiddling with Galaxy, but I can always restore the manual sorting, and it remembers its last arrangement.

Good. So it does seem likely that the bug is related to libraries above a certain size. Which kind of makes sense, because obviously GOG wouldn't want people to have too many games.
Jesus...61 pages.

Can anyone tell me how the download directories (on local disk) are affected by this change (if at all)? I rely on the GoG updater's directory structure and would hope it would remain the same? Please advise and thank you.

I currently have 167 games in my library and my manual sorting works fine. I can swap between manual sorting, sorting by name or purchase date, and leave and return, and everything stays where I put it.

P.S. Just want to say thanks for all the work you do with MaGog.
Hey, so I was looking at my library, and admiring the unbundling, when I noticed an absent space in my library. It was not there before, and my game ticker now says 151 games instead of 152. I doubt I actually lost any games, and I figure it has to do with recent changes to libraries and bundles. Anyone else have this issue?

Help a newb out!
Fallout has gone "bye bye" again. Pleeze come back, I misses you!! :(

I guess that Fallout is still playing a "now you see me, now you don't" game with you.

Incidentally, it's still on my shelf.

Like Grargar said, it is probably Fallout 1. Don't worry, it will be back.

Hi,

My library used to keep it's order up to the 630th title before. Any more games and you can forget about keeping them in order.
Such a mess. Can be that I will not even DOWNLOAD my games anymore. I'm waiting for them to unbundle single games, so that you can download Ultima 6 intro separately from the game. And Eador: Genesis? Why not split it into Eador and Genesis? That would be one more game on my shelf.
Bad idea making this mandatory for everyone. Splitting up the games that have a Collection edition of very similar games makes the install a pain. The shelf has many bugs (links for forum and reviews do not work, wrong images).

Also, the first post says many people wanted this. Can someone link me to the wishlist topic?
