Dude, seriously, get professional help. Not only that, but also stay away from people or groups, online or off, who are known to set you off as much as possible. I'm no medical professional of any sort, but even I know that's no way to live.

Perhaps you should try to learn to read your own signals and do something positive before bashing on everything/everyone.

Workout/Martial-art/Quigong all are good at channelling your inner energy. Try it - it might surprise you. That advice is actually for everyone that has a lot of anger issues, depression, or even an addiction bungled up inside like a decease.

This is what happens to me all the damn time and I screamed at my mother that I am Sick and tired with her going on all day and half the night when I should be sleeping

so when I should be sleeping I'm either on this forum trying to have a conversation and trying to help people see that there problems are not so bad or I'm gaming and taking a MUCH needed breather away from constant turbo-grilling questions that make me feel like a Noose is wrapped around my neck or getting clotheslined by "wait just one more question" (GOD HOW I HATE THAT!)

my parent never shuts up neither does my sister when I NEED quiet time the ME TIME

So I get really Pissed off when people derep me when I'm stating the obvious that I've been chiselled and drilled at with multiple questions with No real tangible answers and I'm about to either Smash things because I find the sound of breaking glass very therapeutic or go troppo on the threads my life IS that horrible

Imagine you get up to Your sister has shit on the floor - Again then you clean it up then make her a hot drink

Then your parent wakes up (even though you do want you parent awake because of the insane barrage of Questions needing IMMEDIATE ANSWERS) because said sister has screamed her awake

then Insane amount of questioning LASTING ALL DAY and HALFWAY INTO THE NIGHT being constantly turbo-grilled

then idiots on threads going "I'm a crackhead" or "My cheese sandwich had less cheese then I wanted"
F*** MAN WHAT DO YOU WANT!

I have just answered UNANSWERABLE QUESTIONS in record time and to the best of my ability I really don't want any more questions asked!

Since you started your fit this morning I've done two loads of laundry, taken three reservations, cleaned a rabbit cage, and turned into the Lich King.

Martial-art (in general, unless you bump into the more aggressive black belts) is about control, both physically and mentally. Some are better than others, of course.

I don't want to say too much, other than it really helped me, especially when I grew with an unstable mother (at times mixing drugs and alcohols. think dr jekyll and hyde character) and bullies.

EDIT: I trained Taekwon-do, which is considered more "peacefully" than Kung-fu.

On paper it seems weird, but I know a lot of former addicts, and other people with various problems, who have turned themselves around with things like martial arts.

Yes there is the physical aspect, but they also have a lot to do with concentration and peace of mind.

It's not for everyone but still a viable suggestion.

Body building, weight lifting or long distance running have also done the trick for some. Those who use that have said it fills the void that used to be drinking quite well, it becomes a new obsession to keep the mind busy.
