tinyE: No, 'moist', but 'aaahhhh' is a great word too.
avatar
NuffCatnip: No, he replied with an "aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh", your "aaahhhh" has a completely different meaning.

Are the !!!!!!!!!!´s relevant ?
I think so. Mine meant "Run away screaming!" whereas with no exclamation points, it could be the sound you make when peeing after holding it in for a long time, or after drinking a nice cold beverage on a hot day, or sinking into bed after a long day of mind-numbing work...

I yet have so much to learn, thank you for sharing your wisdom. :)

TStael: bait

Habanerose: Nice try. But your bait is way to obvious.

It would take a very special kind of retarded to believe that the mere act of "disagreeing" with a woman is misogyny, but given the increased amount of idiocy both in the media and politics, guess some shit's gotta stick to the wall :P

Anyway, better luck next time. ;)
I actually rather like the word "phallocrate" for which I credit the French, on the main.

It is a sophisticated sort of a word, and very expressive.

You disagree with me. You would be a lad, right? I am a lass. Yet I cite no misogyny at all - just no shared sense of language

Which is a pity, because a well turned expression is way more valuable in my books than the mere material.
"So" at the beginning of a sentence followed by an explanation of something (this explanation excluded)
A couple comes to mind, 'libertarian', 'feminism' and 'atheist'. And maybe 'hipster' and 'Sony'.

But seriously, it's probably would be 'money'.

And PS.

If you seem to have ignored my dislike of "taapero" - gosse in French, give or take.

Lapsi = l'enfant, or child. In Finnish, French, English.

Muoska = a child in Finnish, in Carelian dialect. (mine)

Skidi = capital area dialect for a child, borrowed from English plausibly.

When you post words like that, I think the more interesting question is: which words do you love?

Not actual disagreement, just assumed that you were trying to call me one...

Let's just say I've had a few talks with a few "others" (quite full of themselves) who have tried such smart-assery lately. :P

So, sorry if I was mistaken on your intent. ;)

As for the second part, I don't speak finnish, and as it is, google can only convey so much. That's why I skipped bit, but thanks for trying to explain.
high rated
Islamophobe, xenophobe, homophobe and any other hollow accusation of fear or "phobia" used to silence opposition in political and social conversations especially "Islamophobe."

Also, I would love to see the term "Nazi" disappear not because of Hitler's regime but because it gets tossed around too much as a hollow insult and it is not even the proper term. The proper term is "National Socialist" and it keeps getting distorted for the wrong reasons.

As for acronyms and abbreviations, "app" and "LGBT."

What's your problem with LGBT? What other term would you suggest be used instead?

Excessive use of acronyms and the fact that it gets tossed around a lot as a tool for people to receive praise for appearing "supportive." Plus, you can be in favor of "gay rights" but recognize that chromosomes do not change no matter how much you identify as something or what surgeries you get.

You can recognize that chromosomes don't actually matter past birth, and are definitely not the determining factor of one's gender.

NuffCatnip: ...which word would it be?
Hard to say. Off the top of my head, on a more objective level, maybe "fag".

I know it causes 5%-20% of the population (don't know the exact ratio) a lot of pain. Then again, they'd probably find another hateful word to replace it so what's what point right?

If I had to make a pick entirely for my own selfish self, maybe "nerd". Sounds too much like turd. Each time I hear it, I have a picture in the back of my mind of someone picking their nose. Sorry if that ruined the word for anyone else.

It's really a case where the word, more than what it means (which can just be replaced by another word) bothers me.

I'm always irritated by the common use of this word since afaik it means the last bit of a cigarette after it has been smoked.
Where's the connection?

Maybe because they're both a form of cancer to society.

But in case you are French, in fact, you must know there is a difference between "enfent" and "gosse".

In the Scandic North there is five-nation free movement, and love of our neighbours.

I hope Denmark is still there, but I really feel more proudly Finn, knowing that our neighbours feel for us, and even if they were cold-hearted fools, always still, I will feel for Sweden and Estonia, even with heart-break.

In case you got me wrong, let me correct u: I love the Scandic love. Especially so, because it might be slightly idealistic.
