low rated
People spend more money if you buy games on day-one. Loyal customers (such as myself) who don't wishlist everything for a sale (like the cheapskates and key beggars do) should be given some form of reward for not purchasing everything at sales. For example something like Loyalty Points which can be spent latter on games.

2)You're not being punished. You're just not being "rewarded". That's not the same thing. At all.

Anyway, in my experience GOG does reward loyalty, with those bundle discounts which take into account your earlier GOG purchases too. I like that. People who have most of the games on e.g. Steam and only buy from GOG occasionally probably like it less.
Anyway, the logic goes that you pay the higher price for a new game for the privilege of being able to play it earlier. It doesn't make sense to complain that you've been punished then, you paid for getting the game earlier. Look at me, I still don't have e.g. Skyrim, while rest of the world has already played and modded it to hell and back, and are already looking forward to Skyrim 2 (or Elsweyr, Black Marsh, High Rock, or whatever Bethesda will call the next TES game; except for Oblivion, they all seem to be named after the different Tamriel regions from the first TES: Arena game...).

Are you sure? I don't believe that, because most people just want to have everything on Steam and don't care for anything else.

That's why we have to wait, here on gog, before more good games are added to the catalog.

Then you should probably email the publishers or get your friends to set up GoG accounts. GoG's options are limited in attracting publishers to their platform. One of the main bargaining chips GoG has is their number of accounts. The more they have the more likely they can persuade a publisher into making a GoG release. I'm not sure if GoG has ever stated what their account numbers are but I would guess between 1-2million at most. Compared to Steam at over 125million and growing it's all too easy for publishers to ignore GoG. A larger number of accounts and pressure from consumers may entice publishers into thinking there is a market for their products on GoG.
