I am writing this to express my immense disappointment with Good Old Games' decision to not release Devotion on its platform.
The fact you would do it for such an insipid and disingenuous reason as "receiving many messages from gamers" is insulting.
I have supported you for many years and spent a great deal of money on products from your storefront.
I also used to recommend you to all of my friends and acquaintances.
Between this and the ongoing debacle your parent company is having with Cyberpunk 2077, a game which I purchased for both PC (through GOG no less, to ensure CD Project received all of the revenue) and XBox, my faith in you is at an all-time low.
I am having second thoughts about making any future purchases from you and in fact now find myself asking why I should continue to support you at all.
Perhaps this message from a gamer will get you to reconsider your recent actions, but something tells me it wont.
Signed,
A long-time and possibly soon-to-be former customer.
