I didn't; thanks for the explanation. It doesn't make their offer any more attractive, but at least it means nobody just 'forgot' the game was DRM-free elsewhere.

The point of kickstarter was to allow devs to make their own games and self publish etc. Whats the point when they end up with a publisher and not able to control how that game sells etc ?

Besides, the publisher was only for the Steam version so that they could get on Steam, meaning they self-published everywhere else and they're listed as the publisher everywhere else to match that.

IIRC, they were on Greenlight for a rather long (-ish) time without getting anywhere close to making it, so they made a deal with bitComposer.
Interesting fact - the Steam version available to Spanish speaking countries did not include the Spanish language option (at least not at first, don't know if that was fixed later on).

New weekly is Zen Studios pinball games. Good news is that their tables are usually quite interesting, the bad news is that it's Steam only.

Interesting. That's most of their pinball tables. It's funny that I like their earlier tables better since they're not trying to be so video-gamey. I do prefer my pinball to more be arcade style, hence my preference for Pinball Arcade. That said, at that price point it sure is tempting. I may snag it all before the sale is through.
