Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth
Call of Cthulhu: Shadow of the Comet
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
The Worry of Newport
Magicka: The Stars are Left
Alone in the Dark
Slender (I realize this is based off Slenderman Mythos but even that has Lovecraft feel)
Silent Hill (1-4 mostly)
I know there has to be more than that out there, and I would love to hear about any gems I overlooked. Age doesn't matter (new or old is just as fine to me), I just am in a mood to play more in the same grain.

Also, there's a game called Call of Cthulhu - The Wasted Lands that came out a while back. Turn-based type of thing, seemed interesting at a glance.

It's been mentioned a couple times already but I'll throw in another vote for Prisoner of Ice because even though it's not a must have classic it's still a really decent adventure with all logical puzzles, some are time based and you'll die quite frequently but it's never all too aggravating.
It doesn't compare to Fate of Atlantis but I enjoyed it more than The Dig and even Shadow of the Comet, even though Shadow of the Comet is almost universally regarded as the better game.
I would rate Prisoner of Ice at least 3.5 Stars (personally 4) and clearly recommend it to anyone with a passion for point & click and Lovecraftian stuff.

+1 for Shadow of The Comet and Prisoner of Ice. Dark Corners of The Earth was also quite good, though besides that there hasn't been much love for Lovecraft as far as video games are concerned. One of my favorites at the moment is Elder Sign: Omens for Android.
We did have a chance to read through the design documents, and concept art for Guillermo del Toro's INSANE, and that game had a metric ton of potential...
Maybe one day we'll finally get to see it!

Alone in the Dark 1-3
Because the controls are just as convoluted and awkward as Lovecraft's bloated prose.

Cthulhu Wasted land is also a very nice little TB-RPG. I think the iPad version is better than the PC version for the controls but that is down to taste. Some one pointed out that the maps are rather small for strategic manoeuvering and you only left with tactical descision.
While I won't object to those facts, it did not keep me from having a lot of fun with it, since I really dig the vibe, though the actual setting and inclusion of Zombies is a bit far fetched as far as HPL referencing is concerned.

I just finished my first-ever playthrough of "Prisoner of Ice". It was a decent point-and-click adventure, but also a pretty easy one - the number of item/hotspot combinations is usually pretty limited, so the only times I got stuck were when I'd missed some tiny object during the usual pixel-hunting. The plot was passable, but played out more as sci-fi than horror - you only encounter one type of monster, and it isn't particularly terrifying. Some of the later cutscenes have some nice creepy art, though.
Overall, I don't have much to say about this one - I'd say that "Shadow of the Comet" was the stronger of the two Infogrames Cthulhu games, but Cthulhu completists who feel compelled to check this one out could certainly do worse.

They Bleed Pixels is inspired and influenced by H.P. Lovecraft. It's a difficult puzzle platformer with action elements, and it is really fun when it isn't being frustrating.

the Lovecraft eZine just publushed a pretty nice list of HPL inspired games:
http://lovecraftzine.com/lovecraftian-video-games/
ALSO:
H. P. Lovecraft’s The Case of Charles Dexter Ward
Agustín Cordes (Scratches/ Asylum) has an new KS project:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/agustincordes/h-p-lovecrafts-the-case-of-charles-dexter-ward
29 days to go.
So may maggots feast on literal body of HPL these days and so very few manage to 'ingest the spirit'
Cordes is one of those few.
