It's not a lie. Think what you want :)

That's exactly what a liar would have said. Wait, I know these kind of puzzles.

So what would the response of a fellow team mate be if he would ...

They said I have to provide paypal or the last 4 digits of a credit card used on the account.. but I never bought anything.

Then they said a bonus code could work. But I don't remember any of them, and I can't even remember my Gwent Beta Code.. my deleted items in email disappear after like 20 days.

Then they said Birthdate + Account Creation Date.. I know one of these, but I don't remember the specific date I created the account.

Why can't they just look at my e-mail and realize it's the one linked to the account, to confirm my identity? The ticket was sent from the e-mail linked to the GOG account....

But if you don' have anything in your account.. can't you just make a new one?
It's way faster.

P.s: don't give the old one to others

Who said I didn't have anything? I have all my GOG Connect games from steam, a few games I got free activated on it, and Gwent Closed Beta...

I just didn't buy anything..

Well, we do have procedures that we have to follow, and verification is something you'd get virtually on any online store. I'm just the middle man here, though, so if you want this resolved faster, you'd have to speak to support directly. Although I'm still not sure if it will be possible if you genuinely can't provide any of the verification details they're asking for.

Any redeemed codes (bonus or not) should be visible in your order history:

If I remember later when I'm on my computer I can get you your account creation date.

This is why you should really keep the emails Gog sends you, order or code redemption ones particularly as if your account had been hacked there would be no way to prove you owned it.

GOG is awesome.. I gave my birth date and my account creation guestimate, and they changed my username anyway.
