So far, i believe that i have only 100%-ed one game - Metal Gear Solid V the Phantom Pain. Even then, i have not collected everything there's in the game (for instance i haven't developed all weapons yet) but i have all 42 achievements and my completion rate shows 100%. Wasn't especially difficult, you just need to figure out how to exploit AI's weaknesses (for instance they don't hear you fultoning stuff from more than 30 metres, so if no enemy is inside of that range you can just fulton every single thing)
Meanwhile i have played over 600 hours of Witcher 3 (on Steam, but i recently bought a GOG copy as well) and i have only got 67% of all achievements. But i never played the game for the sake of achievements themselves. However, i think i have done all the quests and found all interesting stuff available... But i could very well be wrong.
Actually, now that i think of it, there's almost surely something in Toussaint i missed.
I dunno whether to define 100%-ing as getting all achievements or just collecting every single thing and listening to every conversation etc.
Anyway do you 100% your games or is that not your thing
I am kinda ashamed i have never 100%-ed a LEGO game
