I can see it on the Windows program list to uninstall it as any other program/game

Like any other program: go to "Programs and Features" (or whatever it's called in the French version of Windows, which I presume you have), pick "GOG Galaxy" from the list and click "uninstall".

The problem is it does not appear in that list either !!

Any other suggestion ?

Because on the top of it, i can't install any newer version as long as i have this one on my PC apparently. It says it's already installed while i have actually the 1.1.14 beta version.

Galaxy 1.1.14 iis not the newest version, is it ?

Ok lol i'm really getting confused. I'm dealing with two issues at the same time. One with the DLC hearts of stone - i can't play it because of ladder bug issues ) and the fact i can't access support via my Galaxy panel, and i was required to update my Galaxy...

Latest version is 1.1.14 Beta. You can uninstall it going to it´s installation directory (Probably C:/Program Files(x86)/GalaxyClient) and running unins000.exe I guess...

Now i wonder why it's asking me to update and telling me it can't do it on its own automatically...

I tried to send a post to the support of GOG about DLC hearts of stone, but i couldn't send it because it required some sort of rapport about my hardware and i just couldn't make it work.

Can you post a screenshot of the error you are having. Regarding the hardware report you need is the DxDiag. Do this:

Windows Key + R (Run Window will open) -> Write "dxdiag" and press Enter -> It will appear a DirectX tool. Presh the "Save the information" button, and will make a DxDiag.txt. That´s the file you need to upload.

I wanted to show the block on the support form page, but now i can't even reach the contact form anymore where it's asked to do that hardware rapport with dxdiag. ( But thanks for the tips, next time i'll know how to make it run i hope.)

To contact support I try via my galaxy board. ( galaxypanel.jpg image ), I choose the type of inquiry , click " continue " but instead of opening the form, it opens my defalut browser on the embed version ( embedgog.jpg ) embed.gog.com/support. it s said i haven't any prodcut or i'm not looged in.

So i try to log in, I go to embeded.gog.com; and as you see below, there is blue line and it's saying my galaxy is outdated and the need to run an update. ( gog.jpg )

edit : if i open the embed.gog.com/support on chrome directly, the witcher 3 appears ( not the dlc though...), but i still can't reach the contact form...
I click on the wither 3 game, it opens this : onchrome.jpg where there is a list of FAQ style questions. still no suport contact form.

Contact form is a little hidden. Is right in that last picture you sent, to the right side the one with the red and white icon (Lifesaver in boats) (I don´t know how it´s called in English xD)

I'm having a problem too. I just bought Total Overdose and I'm having trouble uninstalling GOG galaxy. how do I uninstall my GOG galaxy and reinstall it

Start-add remove programs-find galaxy in the list-right click and choose uninstall.
It’s unlikely however to completely uninstall, in fact I have yet to find software which doesn’t leave traces, be it temporary folders/files, registry entries, etc. My advice, don’t install it to start with. You can download the offline installers and play from those.

If it's not in the add and remove programs list wouldn't that imply some kind of registry error?
