Shamy25: I just want more games.

Impossible Creatures(If GoG revives this, and add multiplayer servers, it is going to be amazing), Mafia 1, X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse

Would love if these were polished or reworked.
Love y'all.
Fucking A!

I have X-Men Legends II on disc but I got tired of trying to find a reliable fix for the 'no drop' bug.

Damn, what does it tell about me if I bought it?
So far, so good. I like GOG but some things could be better. Not too into the idea of movies here but they're game and development related and such... so it at least has a place for those interested.

The site itself needs work. Still need a better search function and tagging. Maybe something a bit more than what GOG Mixes currently is.

I'd like to see maybe a second or separate site run by same group for adult games as a whole. Places like DLsite have been taking advantage of being the very few like it and not in a good way. :/
I have had severe doubts about GOG's direction several times, but currently I'm being very happy with them. Look at all these new old games! Shiny.
Personally I wish everything GOG related would shut up about Anti-DRM, it is tedious. Focusing less on artsy fartsy indie games. I wouldn't mind them fixing up the community forum, give us more options like deleting threads, changing the titled, blocking certain people and so on.

If we had blocking, no-one would be able to talk to each other!

I know, but it would be nice to ignore one or two people. :P
No real complaints here. GOG just seems to be growing and there's bound to be issues here and there. It's up to us users to give feedback on what we like and dislike. Not that this will make each and every user happy, even I dislike a couple things, but they are minor so I don't feel they're worth arguing over. I love the fact that the Galaxy is optional because I honestly want nothing to do with it. I enjoy getting my games through the library without having to install extra software, the more extras I have to install the less games I can install.

I do think the fact of material restrictions to certain areas may be hurting business at GOG, wolfenstein and others for example not able to be sold in some countries. Which I'm not sure if it's possible, but maybe a trade system could be implemented so that users could trade a game as a form of payment to these users could get access to games they are not allowed to purchase. I say "system" only to help stop scammers. Maybe loaning games? This feature I would assume would work better through Galaxy. Trade or loan a game with another user for x amount of days giving the users access to the game for that long, then when the time is up, the game is removed (except save files) and only accessible to the original owner of course.

Regarding the new "mature" content, I'm not sure why it surprised me. I have no complaints about it, but I'm sure others do. But, it's not forced upon anyone so there's no reason to complain to begin with. If you're not interested in it then don't buy it. Personally, I like the addition, it's a nice change from the more "serious" games I play. Plus, any game released that doesn't interest me just gives me more time to try to finish what I already have before buying the next big game I want. We don't all have the same taste so it's hard to please everyone at once, it's nothing worth worrying about until I run out of games, which is going to take some time for me. If I ever get to the point where I'm out of games to play and just waiting on the next new game, I think that's a sign I need to get outside more. No offense if there are any of these people here, I know getting out and going places may not be an option for everyone, but there's literally thousands of free alternatives on the web to hold you over until then.

The movies while a nice addition don't interest me because there is just nothing I'm interested in on there. I've gotten a few free movies over the time but I've only watch each of them for like a few minutes then stopped. They just didn't interest me. I'd rather see big name movies.

However, if I felt I had to complain about anything at all, it would be in the updates department with the games. Don't Starve comes to mind, I've had to update through the game updater, but then again, maybe the developers don't release updated installers every time they make an update? Still, this isn't a big deal unless I need a game and the servers are down and I cannot update. And then of course more support across OS platforms. I'd like to see installers for each game across each platform without having to configure things myself to make something work.

Other than that.... Can't complain. I'm a happy camper.
I miss the weekly gog announcements/trailers, the ones with the fun writing and the amusing TET delivery.

And I miss them this week more than ever, heh.

InfraSuperman: Well, with the releases of Huniepop and Lula - The Sexy Empire, it's obvious that GOG is going down!
Down?

(Non-German-speaking users likely won't get this joke)

nightcraw1er.488: Its generally ok. The whole galaxy polava ongoing is a nuisance, and if it ever becomes more "optional" I will opt out. And the release of the anime porn crap this week has really highlighted the flaws in the curation system. There are thousands of great oldies out there, and newer games some don't seem to get worked on, others are refused for being to niche, and yet cartoon crap for sex starved adolescents seems to be fine.

Oh, and the forum software could be improved. And why is it that each release is more expensive than the last, prices seem to be going up a lot.
There's no curation system. Beggars can't be choosers.

+1 for you!
Overall?

Well, assuming that GOG still has their corporate headquarters on Earth, it is still rotating from west towards the east. Looking from the north poles of the Earth and Sun, it would seem to be travelling counter-clockwise around the sun.

I'm not sure if they are burrowing into the Earth or using some way of gaining altitude, but so far this is how I feel about their general direction.

Don't fall for that science nonsense, the world is flat, probably riding the back of a turtle!

I miss Terry Pratchett too. Did you get the number of that donkey cart?
