No real complaints here. GOG just seems to be growing and there's bound to be issues here and there. It's up to us users to give feedback on what we like and dislike. Not that this will make each and every user happy, even I dislike a couple things, but they are minor so I don't feel they're worth arguing over. I love the fact that the Galaxy is optional because I honestly want nothing to do with it. I enjoy getting my games through the library without having to install extra software, the more extras I have to install the less games I can install.
I do think the fact of material restrictions to certain areas may be hurting business at GOG, wolfenstein and others for example not able to be sold in some countries. Which I'm not sure if it's possible, but maybe a trade system could be implemented so that users could trade a game as a form of payment to these users could get access to games they are not allowed to purchase. I say "system" only to help stop scammers. Maybe loaning games? This feature I would assume would work better through Galaxy. Trade or loan a game with another user for x amount of days giving the users access to the game for that long, then when the time is up, the game is removed (except save files) and only accessible to the original owner of course.
Regarding the new "mature" content, I'm not sure why it surprised me. I have no complaints about it, but I'm sure others do. But, it's not forced upon anyone so there's no reason to complain to begin with. If you're not interested in it then don't buy it. Personally, I like the addition, it's a nice change from the more "serious" games I play. Plus, any game released that doesn't interest me just gives me more time to try to finish what I already have before buying the next big game I want. We don't all have the same taste so it's hard to please everyone at once, it's nothing worth worrying about until I run out of games, which is going to take some time for me. If I ever get to the point where I'm out of games to play and just waiting on the next new game, I think that's a sign I need to get outside more. No offense if there are any of these people here, I know getting out and going places may not be an option for everyone, but there's literally thousands of free alternatives on the web to hold you over until then.
The movies while a nice addition don't interest me because there is just nothing I'm interested in on there. I've gotten a few free movies over the time but I've only watch each of them for like a few minutes then stopped. They just didn't interest me. I'd rather see big name movies.
However, if I felt I had to complain about anything at all, it would be in the updates department with the games. Don't Starve comes to mind, I've had to update through the game updater, but then again, maybe the developers don't release updated installers every time they make an update? Still, this isn't a big deal unless I need a game and the servers are down and I cannot update. And then of course more support across OS platforms. I'd like to see installers for each game across each platform without having to configure things myself to make something work.
Other than that.... Can't complain. I'm a happy camper.
