However, those movies still require charismatic leading actors for the audience to get behind. Some might argue that action films need charismatic actors EVEN MORE then other genres to help compensate for the craziness going on onscreen.
The film style is novel, but I worry that by taking away the leading character and placing the audience in their place, they might lose that necessary role, thus leading to a decrease in quality that the first person aspect can't replace.
I think this type of first person film style would work much better in a mystery or thriller movie then an action one, but we will see.

Edit: Wait I remember Brainstorm too. Only that I found it interesting though. I probably saw it a long time ago.
