You're an American talking shit about an institution that you obviously know very little about. Your opinions on the matter are quite frankly meaningless, and the idea that you know what "most people" in the UK think about the NHS is laughable. Is that clear enough for you?

It's funny how well people outside of the country know the NHS better than us living here isn't it?
Sure it's struggling at the moment, mainly because the conservatives are doing their very best to kill it off (along with any other decent government initiative like benefits), but it's a damn sight better than the alternatives.
And anyone who has ever used the NHS knows there are probably more immigrants working in it than using it. And as an immigrant myself (albeit an Irish one, so know one ever counts me because I'm white and speak English) I certainly pay more into it in tax and NI then I've had back as I rarely use the doctor or hospital unless I have to.
