I need help before the black friday it's over.
The new google pay is not working at all

(not even a refused transaction on google pay app or on my bank accounts).

I'm in italy, google pay works on stores, to top up my revolut and n26 bank account and to pay for google play apps...
I know that it just don't work only on gog so I think this is a gog problem (tried with multiple browser too... chrome on mobile, opera on mobile and desktop pc, and with 3 debit/prepaid cards connected to google pay).

I would like to use google pay so I want to solve this problem now.
I opened a ticket but the last one (not so urgent) was opened on 14 november so I'm not sure they will answer if I don't try to say something on the forum too.

I still got this problem. No help from gog.
I would like to use google pay... But there is nothing I can do about this, it's only not working here on gog.

GOG has been sabotaged by the looks of it. If they cannot receive money they will soon shut down or get sold to another company.

Not even an answer to my ticket. Not even an answer here. Way to go gog, you will lose all your customers if you say that they can pay with something and that method is not working at all.

Finally I got an answer today with also a solution for my problem.
I was also able to buy what I wanted to buy in the first place.

For everybody else it was a false positive with gog anti fraud automatic system so the only way to solve this problem is to contact gog support

Yes they are slow (you can see that I got the problem on 27 november and it was solved on 3 december), but I'm not on the gog team so I cannot help you at all. You can only wait for them to solve this. You can try to quote ponczo_ that is on the gog team (if he still work there since this is originally a 2020 post that you necro).

Hey bro , after so long of waiting & solving other problems I got my game but from PayPal ,still Gpay isn't working....you know GoG team had blocked me "First purchase a game then reply in community".... that's why it takes so long to arrange all stuff but now I can enjoy.
