This is my thread smart guy. I was here since the beginning. Normally I would report someone like you due to the absolute filth that you post, but that wouldn't even matter in this forum because GOG doesn't even care about paying customers and much less about simpletons who have the vocabulary of an angry, retarded sailor who can't express themselves using proper communication.

§2, 1. "Be polite and treat others just like you want them to treat you. Everyone should feel comfortable and therefore any language or content that is harassing, intimidating, threatening, discriminating, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit or offensive in any other way will not be tolerated."
§2, 5. "Don't spam or troll. Posting in topics or threads for the sole purpose of flooding and causing unrest on the forums, “bumping” existing topics or creating forum petitions won't be tolerated;"
So what I am going to do right now, is to inform GOG staff about your actions. Since you were going to leave GOG anyway, this is in your own interest as well. Have a nice day.
And I may have missed some of RWarehall's "greatest hits".

Seems your ego gets the best of you...
Creating a thread gives you absolutely zero right to "police" it and call everyone who disagrees with you names.
So seriously get a life...

I understand what he does, but I can only recommend him to rethink what he is doing. Because this.
Its his (RWarehall) account and his own responsibility.
That said, I will not post in this thread, because OP's sanity is questionable.

July 18th - 21 posts flogging a dead horse...
August 16th - a month later, back to repeat your same debunked complaints...
And here we are two weeks later, almost a month and a half and you are still complaining about this non-issue...
Who's being childish?
And all this over a game where everything works for you, except...
The music cuts out when you visit the configuration menu and will come back on its own in a couple minutes...
Or you can save and reload and it immediately comes back, or you can avoid visiting the configuration menu so much...
Basically, you are complaining about next to nothing...
That is pretty childish...

I didn't ignore your point, you just don't have a good one.
There is nothing wrong with the way GoG's refund policy is written nor implemented.
It gives them the leeway they need not to be forced to give refunds for overblown complaints such as yours. Perfect, as you don't deserve a refund for the non-issue you had. It's a minor annoyance at best.
And then their customer service still offered you a one-time store credit if you push the point. Basically saying politely that they'll let it go this time, but don't expect to get store credit next time for such an unimportant minor issue.
Basically, outside of the response time, dealt with your situation in a very appropriate and respectable manner.
I commend you GoG! (But please work on the response times)
What GoG's response team did was basically spot on!

It's like pointing to a sign that says "Please don't urinate in the pool." and saying "You can thank me for that!".
