Ice_Mage: 5 weeks was the average for my support tickets, not long ago. My last tickets (not very recent) took a lot less time.
You can also try sending a reply to your ticket, along the lines of, "Excuse me, a missing game is something of an urgent matter and I've been waiting for a week". A lot of the time, tickets get buried and a simple reply will get you a response fairly quickly... if you're lucky.
Otherwise, you can change
your privacy settings to allow chat messages from everyone, then send a polite message with your ticket number to a staff member like
ponczo_.

That's a good idea actually I'll give it til middle of next week see if I can send a message to someone as such the person your mentioned and I'll send a reply to my ticket on Monday just to push it up the queue a bit, I wouldn't mind if it was a crappy £10 game but I paid £50 for it, twice in fact because one copy was for my husband and he still has his lol
