How long do people usually wait to get a reply from gog after submitting a ticket? I put one in about 5 days ago and haven't received anything as of yet regarding my issue lol
No posts in this topic were marked as the solution yet. If you can help, add your reply
Come back and complain after five more weeks.
Did you get an automated email confirming creation of the ticket?

If you feel you're waiting way too long for an answer (but let's be frank, in recent years five days for GOG is not that long...) you could send a private message to one of the GOG staff moderating a forum.

Yeah I had an email saying it was being processed, basically a game has gone missing from my owned games, sent the support ticket with proof of purchase from Amazon, proof of game progress on my account etc I wouldn't of thought it'd take long to correct the mistake to be honest after 5 days I'd of expected some sort of communication other than an automated email lol

Yes, waiting for weeks or even months for a basic answer is a standard experience with GOG support.

5 weeks was the average for my support tickets, not long ago. My last tickets (not very recent) took a lot less time.
You can also try sending a reply to your ticket, along the lines of, "Excuse me, a missing game is something of an urgent matter and I've been waiting for a week". A lot of the time, tickets get buried and a simple reply will get you a response fairly quickly... if you're lucky.
Otherwise, you can change your privacy settings to allow chat messages from everyone, then send a polite message with your ticket number to a staff member like ponczo_.

Edit: typo.

That's a good idea actually I'll give it til middle of next week see if I can send a message to someone as such the person your mentioned and I'll send a reply to my ticket on Monday just to push it up the queue a bit, I wouldn't mind if it was a crappy £10 game but I paid £50 for it, twice in fact because one copy was for my husband and he still has his lol
Good luck, i've been waiting close to 2 weeks so far over trying to get a refund for this issue:

Probably won't happen given it's been well over 30 days since I purchased that game, but had no idea the gog version had that problem until just about a week and a half ago.

Yeah I've tried all of that, I did some googling before I put in my ticket.

The game is cyberpunk, I purchased it when it was on pre order back in Dec 2020 on Amazon, game code in sealed cyberpunk dvd case, map, postcodes which were exclusive to amazon, the only thing I can think of is that they revoked the key but there shouldn't of been any reason for the revoke if that's what's happened, as far as I'm aware it was a legit code, not like it was from somewhere like cdkeys or kinguin lol
